MG Chimney Sweep & Repair is a chimney service based in Aurora, Illinois. We sweep, repair, inspect and clean chimneys for homes in Aurora and the Fox Valley towns of Kane, Kendall, DuPage and Will counties.

A lot of our work is about how a fire burns. Our Google reviews describe a flue cleaned and an air wash adjusted so a stove's glass doors stay clear, a clogged catalytic combustor soaked, cleaned and fitted with a new gasket so a stove burns faster with almost no smoke, and a chimney cleaned after a renovation so the fireplace runs cleaner and quieter than the owners remembered.

We explain what we are doing while we do it, and customers tell us they learn something about building a cleaner fire on the way. We photograph what we find, put any repair in writing first, and answer the phone every day from 7 in the morning to 9 at night.
